Challenge: The credit union wanted to develop a website with online banking capability for their customers. Management did not have the time or technical expertise to manage the process. |
Solution: I worked with the client to determine their requirements, and to ensure that it was capable of interacting with their infrastructure. After soliciting bids from multiple vendors, I served as a liaison between client and vendorto ensure that the process went smoothly. |

Challenge: The association's website did not present the professional image that they desired. In addition, they were looking for opportunities to generaterevenue. |
Solution: I redesigned the entire site in three months. The new site was cross-browser compatible, fast-loading and presented a more professional image. Provisions were made to allow the association to add banner advertising in the future to offset costs. |

Challenge: This Central New York band was looking for a site that would better fit their image, and allow their fan base to keep updated on the band's shows. They also wanted to provide information online to bookers and media. Original Design |
Solution: I redesigned their entire site with an entirely new graphic scheme in the fall of 1999, and revised the navigation so that club owners and reporters could find the information they were looking for quickly. In 2001, I redesigned the site to coincide with the band's new CD release, adding a way for the band members to update the site on their own regardless of technical knowledge. Currently, another redesign is ongoing to meet the band's changing needs. |

Challenge: People wanted a place to post photos and information about their special events, but didn't have the technical knowledge to do so. |
Solution: I created a number of different websites where I provided hosting space and installed a script to allow people to update on their own. |
